Manufacturing Lead

KeyResponsibilities
Production&OperationalLeadership
- Leaddailyshiftstart-upmeetingstocommunicateproductionpriorities,qualityobjectives,safetyexpectations,workflowupdates,andoperationalgoals.
- Coordinateanddirecthourlypersonneltoensureefficientexecutionofproductionschedulesanddepartmentobjectives.
- Monitorworkflowthroughoutthemanufacturingprocesstoensureoptimalmaterialmovementanduninterruptedproductionflow.
- Serveasthedepartmentrepresentativeduringproductionandshippingmeetingswhensupervisoryleadershipisunavailable.
- Maintainawarenessofchangingbusinessprioritiesandeffectivelycommunicateupdatestoproductionteams.
ProcessImprovement&PerformanceManagement
- Identifyopportunitiestoimprovemanufacturingprocesses,increaseproductivity,enhancequality,andreduceoperationalinefficiencies.
- AnalyzedepartmentalperformancemetricsandKeyPerformanceIndicators(KPIs)toidentifytrends,risks,andimprovementopportunities.
- Developandimplementshort-termcorrectiveactionsandcontingencyplanstoaddressoperationalchallenges.
- Proactivelyidentifyproductionbottlenecksandcollaboratewithcross-functionalteamstoimplementsustainablesolutions.
- SupportLeanManufacturingandcontinuousimprovementinitiativestodriveoperationalexcellence.

Skills&Experience
- AdvancedunderstandingofManufacturingProcessInstructions(MPI)andmanufacturingdocumentation.
- Demonstratedabilitytotrain,coach,anddevelopemployeesonmanufacturingprocesses,qualitystandards,andoperationalprocedures.
- Strongcomputerproficiency,includingintermediate-levelMicrosoftExcelskills.
- Experienceworkinginamanufacturing,production,electronics,server,orhigh-techassemblyenvironment.
- Provenabilitytomanagemultipleprioritiesandmakesounddecisionsinafast-pacedproductionsetting.
- Strongorganizational,analytical,andproblem-solvingskills.
