As the Metro District Engineer, you will set the district's strategic direction, make high-impact regional decisions, and ensure multidisciplinary teams are effectively organized to operate and maintain a safe, reliable, multimodal transportation system. This role calls for a collaborative, influential leader skilled at building strong partnerships with legislators, local governments, the Metropolitan Council, tribal nations, and community stakeholders. You will align district goals with statewide priorities, champion continuous improvement, and drive innovative project delivery that positions MnDOT for long-term success. Additionally, you will advance cost-effective, customer-focused transportation solutions that serve the region's evolving needs.
