Metalworking Production Operator
True Fab & Powder is expanding our team in Chandler, Arizona. If you take pride in hard work and want to build real skills on the shop floor, this role is for you.
Quick Snapshot
- Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM
- Environment: Blue-collar, hands-on manufacturing
- Focus: Reliable production support and quality results
What You’ll Do
- Set up and run band saws and cold saws
- Perform basic layout and precise measurement of raw materials
- Prepare materials for downstream/secondary operations
- Support general shop and production needs
- Prep components for powder coating as needed

What You Bring
