Strong leadership and problem-solving skills are essential, along with experience in ERP systems and production scheduling. You'll play a critical role in driving continuous improvement initiatives and maintaining ISO Quality System standards. This position requires an Associate degree or equivalent experience, preferably within manufacturing supervisory roles.
