    Description

Step Into a Day as Our Metals Material Logistics Technician

Picture your Monday morning at SSP: you roll in before sunrise, complete a quick forklift safety check, open the schedule, and stage raw bar stock so production never skips a beat. You set the saw to size slugs to order, verify markings, package tubing to spec, and keep inventory accurate in the system. A vendor truck backs in— you load and unload efficiently, stamp metric forgings, and keep materials moving across the shop floor. Before the day ends, you log a continuous-improvement idea and help a teammate execute a better way to kit materials. That’s impact—every single shift.
