Join our dynamic team as a specialist in copper alloy processes, where you'll apply your technical expertise to enhance the quality and efficiency of our operations. Your role will involve hands-on improvement of melting and casting techniques to produce superior copper tubing. You'll utilize your extensive knowledge to oversee induction melting, refining, and degassing, refining parameters and ensuring consistency and excellence in our continuous casting operations. You'll conduct thorough process analysis to enhance defect resolution and elevate yield and quality. Furthermore, you'll lead comprehensive material testing, performing metallography, spectrographic analysis, electrical conductivity assessments, and mechanical evaluations to drive continuous improvement. This position offers a robust opportunity to influence operations and product quality significantly, just outside vibrant Waco, TX.
