Metal Production Worker

Join our client's metal team and help create products their customers depend on every day. In this hands-on production role, you will operate equipment, support manual and semi-automated processes, and collaborate with team members to keep quality high and production running smoothly.  Our client will provide cross-training, skill development, member-owner culture where your contributions matter.

 Job Title:  Metal Production Worker

Location: Mason City, Iowa

Pay Range:  $18.00 an hour

What’s the Job?

• Operate production equipment and support daily manufacturing operations
• Inspect, sort, and package products to meet quality standards
• Perform routine maintenance and follow established work procedures
• Maintain a safe, clean, and team-focused work environment
• Cross-train and assist in other areas as business needs arise

What’s Needed?

• Ability to use measuring tools and hand tools
• Comfort working while standing or sitting for long periods
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and a collaborative mindset
• Flexibility and commitment to meeting customer and production needs
• High School Diploma or equivalent, with solid English and math skills

• Potential of moving to 2nd shift in 6 months
  • 2nd Shift: 3:30 pm to 2 am, Monday - Thursday
