We are hiring an entry-level Deburr Operator to join a growing manufacturing team in Mesa. Key Responsibilities
Operate a Time Saver machine to smooth, grain, and deburr metal parts using specified grits
Remove parts from metal sheets after laser cutting
Use hand tools such as sanders, grinders, and files to remove tabs and sharp edges
Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Follow all safety guidelines and procedures
Perform basic machine maintenance as needed
Assist with other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications
Education:
Experience:
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and work instructions
Familiarity with deburring tools, sanders, grinders, or similar equipment
Previous manufacturing or metal fabrication experience is a plus, but not required
Skills & Requirements
Basic mechanical skills and ability to use hand tools
Strong attention to detail and quality
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and stand for extended periods
Willingness to learn and cross-train in other departments
Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, AS9100, or ISO 13485 is a plus
Epicor experience is preferred
