We are seeking a skilled and motivated Roll Form Operator to join our dynamic team in Rossville, GA. As a Roll Form Operator, you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process, ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards. Responsibilities
- Set up and operate roll forming machines to produce metal components according to specifications.
- Monitor production processes and make adjustments as necessary to maintain quality and efficiency.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery to ensure optimal performance.
- Inspect finished products for quality assurance and compliance with specifications.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Document production data and report any issues to supervisors.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in manufacturing or machinery operation is a plus.
- Previous experience as a Roll Form Operator or in a similar role is preferred.
- Experience using calipers and tape measurer is required.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in a manufacturing environment.
Physical
- Visual and Hearing: Must be able to see with corrective eye wear, must be able to hear clearly with assistance while wearing hearing protection.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted and push up to 300 pounds unassisted
- Must be able to remain on feet for entirety of the shift
