Job Description:
  • Ability to read and understand work order, fabrication drawings and blueprints.
  • Reading construction plans and specifications.
  • Ability to listen well, follow instructions carefully and communicate effectively.
  • Accurate and detail-oriented, with good mathematical skills.
  • Ability to work with shop tools and machines safely and effectively.
  • Self-motivated, able to work consistently and productively under minimal supervision.
  • Ability to work full-time plus overtime as necessary, work in a shop environment with noise where you have to bend, stoop, reach, lift, move and/or carry material that may be fifty (50) pounds or more.
  • The position would require that the individual will be standing for long periods of time.
  • Can work under pressure and time deadlines.
  • Has the ability to understand and follow detailed instruction/directions.
  • Can work with and meet deadlines.
  • Accurate Measuring.
  • Accurate Cutting.
  • Maintain a clean and neat work area.
  • Other duties as assigned.
