Job Summary: Assist the Concast (Foundry) team in the production of metal castings and bar stock. Responsibilities include preparing sandcast molds, handling metal charges, and finishing castings in a discreet casting operation.
Shift: Two positions available:
- 4:00 AM 12:00 PM (with overtime as needed)
- 12:00 PM 8:00 PM (with overtime as needed)
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and set up sandcast molds.
- Knock out and finish sand castings.
- Weigh and prepare metal charges.
- Measure and record production data.
- Cut off, dress, and finish castings.
- Operate band saws and other power tools.
- Assist with other related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- 1+ year of experience in a foundry or manufacturing environment.
- Ability to work overtime and extended hours as needed.
- Comfortable using hand and power tools.
Forklift Operation: Not required, but preferred.
