About the Role
We are looking for an analytical, proactive, and results-oriented digital ads specialist to join our client's team in the digital marketing sector. In this role, you will contribute to planning, executing, and optimizing campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads.
Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Monitor campaign performance and make adjustments to maximize results.
- Analyze key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversions.
- Prepare performance reports and present findings with improvement recommendations.
- Identify growth and optimization opportunities in campaigns.
- Coordinate the implementation of strategies focused on lead generation, traffic, or conversion.
- Ensure correct audience segmentation and efficient budget use.
- Provide support in marketing-related administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position.
- Proven experience managing campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Advanced English proficiency, minimum C1.
- Experience in results analysis and campaign optimization.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Availability to work 20 hours per week.
- Immediate availability.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in the real estate sector.
