Job Summary (List Format):
- Lead and manage projects focused on Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), manufacturing systems, or SAP/ERP initiatives within a manufacturing environment.
- Coordinate and guide cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and deliverables.
- Oversee system upgrades, testing cycles, ongoing maintenance, and production support activities.
- Facilitate and manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and business validation activities to ensure successful project implementation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system and process-related issues within manufacturing operations.
- Ensure effective integration between MES and ERP platforms, especially SAP systems.
- Organize and facilitate meetings, manage project priorities, and drive projects to successful completion.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels and manage stakeholder expectations.
- (Preferred) Support MES integrations with SAP processes, including experience with SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA, and participate in SAP S/4HANA migration or transformation projects.
- (Preferred) Hold relevant Project Management certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile) and experience with multiple MES platforms.
