Job Title: MES Program Manager / SME – Siemens Opcenter
Location: San Jose, CA – Onsite
Work Model: Onsite within 1–2 weeks preferred. Remote candidates may be considered with travel to the Bay Area 2–3 times as required.

Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced MES Program Manager / SME with deep expertise in Siemens Opcenter to lead global MES implementations across multiple manufacturing plants.
Key Responsibilities

• Lead global MES program implementations across multiple manufacturing plants.
• Drive MES strategy, roadmap, governance, and deployment using Siemens Opcenter.
• Serve as the primary Siemens Opcenter SME and provide functional/technical leadership.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders, plant teams, IT, OT, and system integrators.
• Lead global multi-site MES rollouts and ensure successful deployments.
• Drive standardization of manufacturing processes, templates, workflows, and best practices.
• Manage program budgets, schedules, risks, dependencies, and vendor engagement.
• Support digital manufacturing transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide guidance on MES architecture, configuration, integration, deployment, and production support.
• Ensure alignment between MES capabilities and business/manufacturing objectives.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of hands-on Siemens Opcenter experience – Mandatory.
• 12+ years of overall experience preferred.
• Strong Siemens Opcenter / MES implementation experience.
• Deep MES experience within discrete manufacturing environments.
• Experience with global, multi-site MES implementations.
• Strong manufacturing process knowledge.
• Excellent stakeholder management and program governance skills.
• Experience working with manufacturing, IT, OT, engineering, and business teams.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
