The Dassault Systems Delmia Apriso MES Functional Consultant is responsible for supporting the design, implementation, integration, enhancement, and ongoing optimization of DS Apriso Manufacturing Execution System (MES) capabilities within a truck manufacturing environment.

The Dassault Systems Delmia Apriso MES Functional Consultant is responsible for supporting the design, implementation, integration, enhancement, and ongoing optimization of DS Apriso Manufacturing Execution System (MES) capabilities within a truck manufacturing environment.
The consultant serves as the functional bridge between plant operations, manufacturing engineering, quality, logistics, business stakeholders, ERP teams, automation teams, and technical DS Apriso MES developers.
The role focuses on translating manufacturing requirements into effective DS Apriso MES processes that support the complete vehicle production lifecycle, including production order execution, VIN-based vehicle tracking, material consumption, component genealogy, work instructions, quality inspections, rework, sequencing, production reporting, and integration with enterprise and shop-floor systems.
The successful candidate will combine strong knowledge of manufacturing processes with DS Apriso MES functional expertise and the ability to work directly with production teams in a high-volume manufacturing environment.

Qualifications
Experience should ideally include:
Mandatory experience with Dassault Systems Delmia Apriso MES
DS Apriso MES implementation or support

Automotive assembly
ERP / DS Apriso MES integration
Quality processes
Material management
Testing and deployment
Requirement to work exclusively onsite
