Job Title- MES Developer 
Location: St. Louis, MO / Remote
Duration: 12+ Months
Experience: 7+ Years (In simillar role)
Pay rate: $60/hr. on W2

Note: Candidates selected for the HM interview will be required to complete a coding exercise.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced MES Developer to design, develop, enhance, and support Manufacturing Execution System (MES) applications. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders, factory teams, and cross-functional development teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop solutions for new and existing MES applications.
• Gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for MES applications.
• Collaborate with factory personnel and cross-functional teams.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum projects and process improvement initiatives.
• Maintain application documentation and user reference materials.

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of software development experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience with MES/manufacturing environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum, preferably SAFe.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Technical Skills

Java, C++, C#, .NET, JavaScript, HTML, JSP/CSS, Tomcat, IIS, Hibernate/Entity Framework, DB2, SQL Server, Angular 5, Power Apps, and Azure DevOps.
