Location: Charlotte or Raleigh, NC (multiple offices available)

Experience Level: 3–5 years

Salary: $210,000 – $260,000

Schedule: 2,000 billable hours per year for additional $50k - $80k year-end bonus.

The associate will draft and negotiate core transaction documents, manage due diligence, and take an active role in deal execution, with increasing responsibility over time.
