Position Summary:
The M&A Project Director leads project execution of mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and strategic investments - end-to-end execution capability from initial evaluation of the target, due diligence, business case development, valuation modeling & assessment, negotiation, signing & closing, and preliminary integration planning. This role serves as the cross-functional project manager for all critical transaction workstreams, due diligence, and the development of the deal Business Case, estimated Synergies and valuation models used to assess deal economics, synergies, risks, and value creation. The position is reports to the SVP Business Development & Strategy and partners closely with Commercial, Operations, HSE, Supply Chain, Finance/Tax, Legal and Third-Party Advisors to support disciplined decision-making, maintain schedule and accountability, and deliver high-quality M&A outcomes under tight timelines.
