This position is responsible for stocking, rotating, ordering, and merchandising Toft Dairy milk, ice cream, and other dairy products while building positive relationships with store personnel and ensuring our products are presented at their best.ResponsibilitiesStock milk, ice cream, and dairy products in assigned storesRotate products using FIFO (First In, First Out) practicesMaintain fully stocked, organized, and attractive dairy and freezer displaysWrite up and call in orders for storesMonitor product freshness and remove damaged or outdated itemsBuild and maintain promotional displays and seasonal featuresCommunicate inventory concerns and out-of-stock situationsTravel daily between assigned retail locationsComplete merchandising reports and route documentationMaintain professional relationships with store management and staffFollow all company food safety and workplace safety proceduresQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalentMerchandising, retail, grocery, or dairy industry experience is preferredValid driver's license and reliable transportationAbility to work independently and manage a daily routeStrong communication and customer service skillsReliable attendance and strong work ethicPhysical RequirementsLift up to 50 lbs. repeatedly throughout the dayStand, walk, bend, kneel, and reach during shiftsWork in refrigerated and freezer environmentsTravel between multiple retail locations dailyBenefitsCompetitive payMileage reimbursementAbout Toft DairyFor more than 125 years, Toft Dairy has been proudly serving customers as Ohio's oldest dairy.
