Merchandiser - Petoskey

As a Merchandiser, you'll work with a team of merchandisers while ensuring our products are properly stocked, rotated, and displayed across retail accounts. What it's like to be a Merchandiser at Fabiano Brothers

This position requires flexibility in scheduling, including days, evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays. You will travel between retail locations throughout the Petoskey area, working closely with your merchandising team, store personnel, sales representatives, and delivery teams.

This is a hands-on role that includes stocking and rotating product, handling backstock and deliveries, building displays, and maintaining a professional company image in stores.

Essential Functions & Requirements-

• Stock, rotate, and merchandise beverage products in retail locations.
• Build displays and ensure proper product placement and freshness.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to deal with many different types of people.
• Lift 40+ pounds repeatedly.
• Work independently and in a team.
• Be reliable and punctual for shifts.
• Smartphone required for tracking work hours.
• Strong ability to work safely and efficiently.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
