In this dual-function role, you will serve as the primary driver of our digital storefront—capturing high-quality photos, staging vehicles, and uploading digital assets for our online inventory and marketing channels.

    Key Responsibilities

    Vehicle Merchandising & Photography

    • Photograph and document all new, certified pre-owned, and used vehicles across both Missoula Chevrolet and Missoula Volkswagen lots.

    • Ensure consistent, professional photo sets for every vehicle according to brand guidelines (exterior walkarounds, interior features, tech options, badges, and odometer readings).

    • Stage vehicles properly before shooting (wipe down surfaces, adjust steering wheel/seats, ensure clean windshields, and align angles).

    • Upload digital assets and verify window stickers/buyer’s guides match online listings across dealership websites and third-party syndication platforms.

    • Capture photos, video and pre-roll, and short-form video for dealership events, promotions, and community sponsorships as needed.

    Lot Management & Daily Operations

    • Assist the Lot Manager with daily lot organization, inventory staging, and vehicle merchandising to keep sales lines looking front-line ready.

    • Monitor incoming transport trucks; assist with checking in and staging newly delivered inventory.

    • Track battery health, fuel levels, tire pressure, and physical condition of lot vehicles; report any needed maintenance or detailing immediately.

    • Keep vehicle keys, dealer tags, and stock numbers accounted for and properly filed.

    Pickup, Delivery & Logistics

    • Safely transport vehicles to and from detail/service bays, off site locations, and front-line display areas.

    • Assist sales and service departments with local dealer trades, vehicle pickups, and  deliveries.

    • Coordinate with service advisors and detailers to prioritize newly arrived trade-ins for swift photo turnaround.

    Qualifications & Requirements

    • Valid Driver’s License: Clean driving record required (must be insurable under dealership policy).

    • Photography / Tech Savvy: Comfortable handling digital cameras, mobile capture apps, inventory management systems, and basic photo editing software. Automotive photography experience is a major plus.

    • Eye for Detail: High standards for vehicle cleanliness, composition, lighting, and presentation.
