Essential Duties and Responsibilities

·         Daily stocking of fridges, drawers, snack bins, coffee machines

·         Merchandising all products to ensure each display looks perfect (e.g., each label facing forward, each row of cans is inline)

·         Rinsing and cleaning cycles on all machines

·         Wiping down machines to remove dirt or clean spills

·         Daily and weekly inventory of products in storage

·         Identifying slow and fast-moving products and making recommendations based on observations

·         Predicting and planning for inventory issues (e.g., we are going to run out of napkins after tomorrow's lunch)

·         Ordering products for a client site

·         Client Communication and liaison to Agora Refreshments Team

·         Daily check-ins with the client to review inventory reports (e.g., product ABC is moving very slow) and upcoming deliveries

·         Building a relationship with each client

·         Gathering feedback from the client on ways we can improve

·         Communicate any issues or needs to the Agora team (e.g., coffee machine broken, kegerator pouring foamy beer, refrigerator not cold)

·         Communicating upcoming special events to the Agora team (e.g., the client is having a holiday party next week)

·         Meeting our drivers upon delivery to each office

• Stands and walks for extended periods throughout the workday.
• Uses hands and arms to handle, grasp, reach, stock, organize, and move products and equipment.
• Frequently bends, stoops, kneels, crouches, and reaches above shoulder level.
• Regularly pushes, pulls, and transports products, carts, and supplies.
• Frequently lifts and carries products and materials weighing up to 40 pounds, with or without assistance.
• Travels between customer locations and operates a motor vehicle as part of normal job duties.
• Uses computers, mobile devices, and inventory management tools as needed.

Work is performed primarily in office break rooms, kitchens, micro markets, storage areas, warehouses, and other customer locations. The employee may be exposed to varying temperatures while working in refrigerated storage areas, loading areas, and outdoor environments during deliveries and product transport.
