In this role, you'll support daily distribution operations by handling merchandise from start to finish, including receiving, prepping, picking, packing, shipping, and returns.

Our Merchandise Processor positions follow a 4-day work week, giving you more flexibility and additional time for the things that matter most.

B1 Shift – Days

Sunday–Tuesday & every other Wednesday
5:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Average: 35 hours/week

B2 Shift – Nights

Sunday–Tuesday & every other Wednesday
4:30 PM – 3:00 AM
Average: 35 hours/week

C1 Shift – Days

Thursday–Saturday & every other Wednesday
5:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Average: 35 hours/week

C2 Shift – Nights

Thursday–Saturday & every other Wednesday
4:30 PM – 3:00 AM
Average: 35 hours/week

 What You'll Do

  • Process a high volume of merchandise quickly and accurately.

  • Unload merchandise from trucks and prepare it for distribution.

  • Use RF technology and scanners to pick, induct, sort, and pack orders.

  • Unpack cartons and organize merchandise by color, size, and style.

  • Count, record, and verify merchandise quantities to ensure order accuracy.

  • Pick merchandise from multi-level shelving and transfer items using totes or boxes.

  • Ticket merchandise, fill orders, assemble boxes, and help distribute inventory.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

  • Work across different departments as needed.

  • Meet or exceed company standards for accuracy and productivity.

  • Adapt to changing business needs by supporting different departments.

  • Operate power equipment as needed. Training is provided.

  • Follow the assigned 4-day work week schedule.

  • Perform additional duties as assigned by your supervisor.

 What You'll Need

  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.

  • Basic math skills.

  • Consistent attendance and punctuality.

  • Ability to operate an RF scanner.

  • Ability to occasionally lift/move up to 50 pounds.
