RH is seeking a Merchandise Coordinator, Lighting & Décor to support the merchandising team in the execution and maintenance of our product assortments across the Lighting and Home Décor categories. This role is responsible for coordinating product information, managing SKU setup and data accuracy, merchandising assets, and ensuring products are launch-ready across all channels. The ideal candidate will support bringing seasonal collections to market while maintaining the quality, organization, and attention to detail that define our brand.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain the integrity and accuracy of product data throughout the product lifecycle within internal systems, ensuring all product information is complete, current, and retail-ready
- Create, update, and maintain SKU records for the Lighting & Décor category, including product attributes, dimensions, finishes, materials, compliance information, and pricing
- Prepare and maintain Estimated Landed Cost (ELC) calculations for all imported products, partnering with sourcing and merchandising teams to ensure cost accuracy
- Participate in our Sourcebook, website, and marketing proofing by reviewing product names, copy, dimensions, specifications, finishes, for accuracy
- Initiate and manage requests for product packaging, care instructions, assembly instructions, signage, labels, and other supporting collateral to ensure consistency with brand standards
- Compile and maintain Product Information (PI) sheets, including product specifications, features, selling points, compliance documentation, and vendor information for all new products
- Assist with competitive market research, trend analysis, and category benchmarking within the lighting and home décor industry
- Identify opportunities to improve product setup processes, documentation, and workflow efficiencies while maintaining a high level of data accuracy
OUR REQUIREMENTS
- 1+ years of Experience in merchandising, or a related field within home furnishings, lighting, décor, or consumer products is a plus but not required
- Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office and Excel, with strong analytical and organizational skills
- Experience working with product lifecycle management (PLM), ERP, or product information management (PIM) systems is a plus
- Self-motivated, resourceful, and proactive with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Interest in Corporate Retail, in home décor, lighting, interior design, and consumer lifestyle products with an eye for design, quality, and product presentation
