We are seeking an International Merchandise Coordinator to support the execution of merchandising strategies and business initiatives. This role will focus on product data management, seasonal assortment planning, sample coordination, and administrative support for international merchandising operations.
The ideal candidate will have experience in retail merchandising, merchandise buying, or brand development, along with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the creation, maintenance, and accuracy of product data within the Lifecycle Management system (Centric), ensuring product records, attributes, SKUs, and key milestones are completed accurately and on time.
- Support Canadian and international business operations outside North America.
- Assist with seasonal assortment planning, including pre-season development and in-season updates.
- Handle tactical merchandising activities, including Centric system management, design requests, feasibility requests, change forms, vendor documentation, APS, roadmap updates, and assortment grid maintenance.
- Support internal SKU costing, article setup, and product maintenance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Merchandising, Product Development, Planning, Sourcing, and Marketing, to gather information, resolve data discrepancies, and maintain accurate product information.
- Coordinate product samples, including unboxing, organizing, gathering, and setting up samples for review and ranking.
- Manage sample storage areas, cabinets, and workrooms.
- Receive and organize samples and third-party packages from distribution centers and the mailroom.
- Provide additional administrative and merchandising support as needed.
Qualifications
- 1 3 years of related experience in brand development, merchandise buying, retail management, or merchandising operations.
- Strong interest in products, retail merchandising, and customer satisfaction.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage daily tasks efficiently and accurately.
- Ability to work independently while following direction and established processes.
- Adaptability, curiosity, and willingness to learn new systems and processes.
- Ability to accommodate the required home office working hours.
