National Automotive Training Academy (NATA) is conducting a confidential search for a premier luxury automotive dealership and dealership group seeking experienced Automotive Technicians who are ready to build a long-term career with one of the industry's most respected organizations.
If you have Mercedes-Benz, German import, ASE, or OEM certification experience, we want to hear from you. Technicians of all skill levels are encouraged to apply, including Apprentice, B-Level, A-Level, Master, and Certified Mercedes-Benz Technicians.
Compensation
$31.00 $55.00 per flat-rate hour, based on experience, certifications, productivity, and manufacturer training. This pay range is positioned approximately 20% above the typical low and high market rates for the Annapolis area, rewarding experienced professionals who consistently perform at a high level.

What You'll Do
Diagnose, repair, and maintain Mercedes-Benz and other German luxury vehicles
Perform advanced mechanical, electrical, and drivability diagnostics
Complete repairs to manufacturer specifications
Utilize factory diagnostic equipment and service information
Maintain quality workmanship and productivity standards
Work closely with service advisors and management to deliver an exceptional customer experience
Qualifications
Previous dealership technician experience preferred
Mercedes-Benz experience strongly preferred
German import experience highly desired
ASE Certifications and/or OEM Certifications are a plus
Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Professional attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic
