Lead Cutting-Edge Mep/Vdc ProgramsLead the development and execution of VDC strategies for MEP systems in mission-critical projects, including data centers and substations. Collaborate with design, engineering, and construction teams to ensure accurate and efficient project coordination. Oversee 3D modeling, clash detection, and BIM coordination to streamline construction processes. Ensure compliance with project specifications, schedules, and budgets while maintaining high-quality standards. Train and mentor team members on VDC tools and methodologies to improve overall team performance. Identify and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce project costs. Coordinate with external stakeholders, including contractors and consultants, to ensure project deliverables meet client expectations.
