Our client is a nationally recognized commercial construction firm with a strong reputation for delivering technically complex projects across the United States.

The MEP Superintendent will oversee all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing activities on-site, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

• Lead field execution of MEP scopes from preconstruction through project completion
• Coordinate mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and specialty trade contractors
• Drive schedule adherence and proactively resolve field coordination issues
• Ensure all MEP installations meet quality, safety, and commissioning requirements
• Partner closely with project management teams, engineers, and owners' representatives
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions
• Support commissioning, testing, turnover, and final project delivery

For the MEP Superintendent we are seeking:

• Proven experience as an MEP Superintendent on commercial construction projects
• Strong background managing mechanical and electrical scopes, with heavy emphasis on complex systems
• Experience delivering data center, mission-critical, advanced manufacturing, or light industrial projects
• Ability to coordinate multiple subcontractors and maintain aggressive project schedules
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing, commissioning, and building systems integration
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Commitment to safety, quality, and operational excellence

• Base salary of $100,000 - $140,000
