MEP Superintendent - Luxury Mixed-Use Construction

We are seeking an experienced MEP Superintendent to oversee all building systems on a luxury mixed-use development. The role will be responsible for coordination, quality control, inspections, commissioning, and project turnover.

Description

* Oversee mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and life safety systems
* Coordinate MEP subcontractors and inspection schedules
* Manage commissioning activities and systems integration
* Monitor quality standards and installation progress
* Support project turnover and owner training processes

Profile

* Extensive MEP coordination experience on commercial projects
* Background in multifamily, hospitality, mixed-use, or similar developments
* Strong understanding of building systems and infrastructure
* Ability to manage multiple trades simultaneously
* Effective communication and problem-solving skills

Job Offer
