MEP SuperintendentLead all MEP and life-safety construction activities from rough-in through startup, testing, commissioning, and turnover. Coordinate mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, controls, and utility installations with overall project sequencing. Enforce all safety regulations and maintain a safety-first culture across the jobsite. Conduct contractor orientations, field inspections, and quality-control reviews of MEP work. Monitor subcontractor performance, manpower levels, productivity, and schedule adherence. Assist with look-ahead planning, schedule updates, procurement tracking, and long-lead equipment coordination. Resolve field conflicts and collaborate with project leadership to maintain project milestones, budget targets, and owner satisfaction.For the MEP Superintendent, we are seeking: 5+ years of Superintendent, MEP Superintendent, or MEP field leadership experience within commercial, industrial, manufacturing, mission-critical, or large-scale construction. Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and building systems coordination. Experience managing MEP subcontractors, commissioning activities, and quality-control processes. Knowledge of construction safety requirements and industry best practices. Ability to review drawings, specifications, shop drawings, RFIs, and construction schedules. Experience using construction management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or similar platforms. Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
