Description

• Oversee mechanical, electrical, and plumbing activities across assigned construction projects.
• Coordinate daily MEP field work with project teams and trade partners.
• Review project plans and specifications to guide installation work.
• Monitor MEP installation progress and address field issues as they arise.
• Align MEP work with construction schedules and sequencing requirements.
• Communicate project updates, work priorities, and site needs to relevant teams.
• Inspect completed MEP work against project requirements before the next phase begins.

A successful MEP Sr. Super should have:

• Experience overseeing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing work on construction projects.

• Knowledge of MEP construction sequencing and installation practices.
