MEP Senior Project Manager - Mission Critical

Job Description
- Lead all MEP activities from preconstruction through commissioning, turnover, and project closeout
- Provide technical leadership across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems
- Manage MEP budgets, forecasting, cost controls, and change order processes
- Oversee subcontractor procurement, buyout, contract administration, and performance management
- Direct BIM/VDC coordination efforts to support constructability reviews and clash detection
- Partner with Superintendents and field teams to maintain schedule, quality, safety, and commissioning goals
- Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, consultants, engineers, and third-party stakeholders regarding MEP matters
- Monitor project performance and proactively address risks impacting cost or schedule
- Support the development and mentoring of project staff and junior team members
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and applicable codes

The Successful Applicant
- 10+ years of MEP construction experience
- 5+ years of experience in a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager role
- Experience delivering mission-critical or data center projects preferred
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems
- Proven experience managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and project financial performance
- Advanced knowledge of BIM/VDC coordination and commissioning processes
- Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or similar platforms
- Working knowledge of ASHRAE, NEC, NFPA, and LEED standards
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline preferred
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
