With a strong backlog, experienced leadership team, and commitment to quality and safety, the company offers long-term career growth and advancement opportunities.Job DescriptionLead all MEP activities from preconstruction through commissioning, turnover, and project closeoutProvide technical leadership across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systemsManage MEP budgets, forecasting, cost controls, and change order processesOversee subcontractor procurement, buyout, contract administration, and performance managementDirect BIM/VDC coordination efforts to support constructability reviews and clash detectionPartner with Superintendents and field teams to maintain schedule, quality, safety, and commissioning goalsServe as the primary point of contact for owners, consultants, engineers, and third-party stakeholders regarding MEP mattersMonitor project performance and proactively address risks impacting cost or scheduleSupport the development and mentoring of project staff and junior team membersEnsure compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and applicable codesMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
