Join a growing construction team supporting a $30M life sciences manufacturing project in Benson, NC, along with additional opportunities in Greenville, NC. This role offers the chance to lead critical MEP scopes, work alongside experienced leadership, and play a key role in delivering highly technical manufacturing facilities within a fast-growing business.

Description

  • Manage and oversee MEP scopes on complex manufacturing and life sciences projects.
  • Coordinate design, procurement, installation, commissioning, and turnover activities.
  • Collaborate closely with project teams, clients, consultants, and trade partners.
  • Support project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management efforts.
  • Drive project execution while maintaining quality, safety, and schedule objectives.
  • Mentor and develop junior team members.
  • Partner with leadership to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Contribute to the company's continued growth within the life sciences and manufacturing markets.

Profile

  • 10+ years of construction project management experience.
  • Strong understanding of MEP systems and construction processes.
  • Experience delivering manufacturing, life sciences, pharmaceutical, or similarly technical projects.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects and coordinate multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Job Offer

  • Base salary up to $160K.
  • 30% target annual bonus.
  • $850 per month car allowance.
  • Per diem available for traveling candidates.
