A leading NYC MEP contractor is seeking an experienced MEP Project Manager | NYC to oversee the delivery of complex mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection projects from preconstruction through closeout. Description

As a MEP Project Manager | NYC you will:

• Manage mechanical, electrical, and plumbing project activities from planning through completion.
• Coordinate MEP work with construction schedules to keep project activities moving forward.
• Review project plans and MEP scope to support clear execution in the field.
• Work with project teams to address MEP coordination items during construction.
• Track progress against project milestones and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders.
• Coordinate contractors and trades involved in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing work.
• Monitor MEP installation activities to support completion in line with project plans.
• Maintain project documentation related to MEP work and construction progress.

Profile

A successful MEP Project Manager | NYC should have:

• MEP construction experience required
• Strong project management background
• NYC project experience preferred
• Mechanical and electrical knowledge
• Budgeting and forecasting expertise
• Excellent communication skills
• Client-facing experience
• Multi-project management ability
• Procore experience preferred
• Engineering or construction degree preferred
