Competitive Dfw Data Center BuilderMichael Page is hiring for the business services industry in Dallas.Manage end-to-end MEP scopes of mission-critical construction projects.Coordinate with internal teams and subcontractors to ensure timely project completion.Oversee project budgets and schedules, ensuring alignment with client expectations.Ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes.Review and approve project plans, designs, and specifications.Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates and addressing concerns.Identify and mitigate risks to ensure smooth project execution.Foster strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure project success.A successful MEP Project Manager should have:Experience managing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing scopes in construction projects.Strong communication and leadership skills to liaise with clients and teams effectively.Knowledge of safety standards and building codes.Proven ability to manage project budgets and schedules.Problem-solving skills to address challenges during project execution.Base salary of $165,000 - $185,000.Truck allowance.Performance-based bonus.Comprehensive benefits package.
