MEP Coordinator - Healthcare - Boston, MA

The MEP Coordinator - Healthcare will:

• Coordinate mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems across multiple active projects.
• Lead MEP coordination efforts from design through construction.
• Facilitate coordination and clash detection meetings with subcontractors, consultants, and project teams.
• Identify constructability issues and drive solutions before they impact shcedule or budgets.
• Collaborate with project managers, superintendents, and field teams to ensure seamless installation and execution.
• Review drawings, models, and specifications to maintain project quality and efficiency.
• Support large ground-up and major renovation projects in healthcare, higher education, life sciences, and institutional construction.
• Utilizie industry-leading tools including Procore, Bluebeam, P6, CAD and Revit.

A successful MEP Coordinator - Healthcare should have:

• 3-10 years of MEP coordination, construction management, or project management experience.
• Proven experience on large-scale healthcare, higher education, life science, institutional, or commercial construction projects.
• Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
• Experience coordinating MEP trades on ground-up or major renovation projects.
• Background with specialty contractors, MEP-focused firms, or general contractors preferred.
• Strong communication and coordination skills with the ability to work across multiple stakeholders.
• Experience with Procore and Bluebeam required; P6, CAD, and Revit experience is a plus.

Upon offer, the MEP Coordinator - Healthcare will receive:

• Base salary: $90,000 - $140,000 USD (Depending on experience).
• Discretionary annual bonus
• Vehicle allowance: $500 - $1,000/mo
• 401(k) with company match
• 3-4 weeks PTO (negotiable based on experience)
