Our client is a long-established construction management firm with a strong reputation for delivering complex projects throughout the Northeast. Coordinate mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems throughout project planning and construction. Lead and facilitate MEP coordination meetings with subcontractors, consultants, and project teams. Manage clash detection and resolution efforts to identify and mitigate constructability issues before installation. Partner with project managers, field teams, and trade partners to ensure successful integration of building systems. Review plans, models, and design documents to support quality, constructability, and schedule requirements. Track and resolve MEP-related issues, RFIs, and coordination challenges across multiple active projects. Support project teams on large-scale healthcare, higher education, institutional, and commercial construction projects. Utilize project management and coordination tools to improve communication, collaboration, and project execution.
