Assistant Project Manager (MEP)The Assistant Project Manager will support the Project Manager and project leadership team throughout the lifecycle of a large-scale Dallas data center project, with a strong focus on Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) coordination. Reporting to the Project Manager, responsibilities include:Assist with daily project management and coordination activitiesTrack project schedules, budgets, and cost impactsManage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentationSupport subcontractor procurement, contract administration, and buyout activitiesCoordinate with field teams, trade partners, and project stakeholdersParticipate in project meetings and maintain accurate meeting documentationTrack materials, equipment deliveries, and project logisticsAssist with project closeout documentation including punch lists, warranties, O&M manuals, and as-built drawingsMaintain organized project records and ensure timely communication across the project teamSupport MEP coordination efforts to help keep work moving safely and efficientlyMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
