We are seeking a motivated and detail -oriented Technician<\/b> to join our growing interventional psychiatry practice. This role is ideal for someone interested in both clinical and administrative aspects of mental health care, with an emphasis on Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS)<\/b> and Spravato (esketamine)<\/b> treatments.

The ideal candidate is compassionate, organized, and proactive—comfortable supporting patients through cutting -edge treatments while also engaging in community outreach to build professional referral relationships.

Administer TMS treatments in accordance with established clinical protocols under physician supervision.
<\/p><\/li>
Monitor patients during Spravato treatments, ensuring safety and adherence to REMS (Risk Evaluation and Mitigation Strategy) requirements.
<\/p><\/li>
Provide emotional support and guidance to patients during their treatment sessions.
<\/p><\/li>
Document treatment sessions and maintain accurate clinical records.
<\/p><\/li><\/ul>
Assist with scheduling TMS and Spravato patients, confirming appointments, and managing follow -ups.
<\/p><\/li>
Obtain and manage prior authorizations<\/b> for TMS and Spravato treatments from insurance providers.
<\/p><\/li>
Collect co -pays and patient payments<\/b>, ensure proper documentation, and coordinate with billing personnel.
<\/p><\/li>
Order medications and clinical supplies, maintaining proper inventory levels and storage practices.
<\/p><\/li>
Communicate with pharmacies and insurance companies as needed to coordinate patient care.
<\/p><\/li><\/ul>
Conduct door -to -door marketing<\/b> to local primary care and psychiatry practices<\/b> to promote our services and generate referrals.
<\/p><\/li>
Maintain a log of outreach visits and follow -up communications.
<\/p><\/li>
Distribute brochures, business cards, and other practice materials.
<\/p><\/li>
Represent the practice in a professional and courteous manner.
<\/p><\/li><\/ul>
Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in psychology, healthcare, or related field preferred.
<\/p><\/li>
Prior experience with TMS or Spravato (or other mental health treatments) is highly desirable but not required—training will be provided.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Must be comfortable traveling locally for marketing visits (driver’s license and reliable transportation required).

Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems and basic office software (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft Office).

Comfortable discussing treatment services with patients, providers, and external offices.
