    Our client situated in Leominster, is expanding and searching for psychotherapists to enhance our dynamic group practice. As a small mental health practice founded and led by an LGBTQ woman of color, we are dedicated to creating a safe, welcoming, and affirming space where everyone feels understood and supported.     Responsibilities:

      • Conduct assessments, intakes, and psycho-social evaluations.
      • Develop and implement treatment plans for a caseload of 25 weekly clients.
      • Deliver psychotherapy using individual and family.
      • Maintain clinical records and coordinate related services.


    Requirements:

      • Master's or Doctorate in Social Work, Mental Health, etc.
      • Active Massachusetts LCSW, LICSW, or LMHC licensure.
      • 1+ year post-independent licensure (BCBS or Optum credentialing a plus).
      • Proficiency in Apple products and excellent organizational skills
