Hybrid/Remote Mental Health Therapist

Position Overview:
Bloom Health Centers is seeking a compassionate and motivated Mental Health Therapist to join our growing team. This hybrid/remote role offers the opportunity to provide high-quality care to a diverse population across the Mid-Atlantic while working in a collaborative, supportive environment.

Therapist Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial assessments and develop appropriate treatment plans based on diagnosis, clinical expertise, and client needs
• Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy services
• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with all regulations
• Assess clients’ mental health through interviews, observation, testing, and collaboration with interdisciplinary staff
• Refer clients and families to community resources or specialists as appropriate
• Act as a client advocate to coordinate services and support clients in crisis situations
• Stay informed of community mental health resources to enhance patient care
• Collaborate with team members to ensure comprehensive, coordinated treatment

Therapist Qualifications:

• Experience providing diagnostic assessments and therapy services to children, adolescents, and adults
• Active Maryland and/or Virginia license (or license-eligible) as one of the following:
  • LGPC, LCPC
  • LMSW, LCSW-C
• Ability to maintain licensure and/or certification throughout employment
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
• Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends as needed
• Ability to build rapport with clients and maintain effective relationships with individuals and families

Compensation:

• Full-Time Employees: Salaried position based on licensure, experience, and location
• Part-Time Employees: Compensation based on CPT codes (fee-for-service model)

Estimated Total Income: $60,000 – $95,000 annually
