What Youll Do:- Conduct mental health screenings and assessments for inmates based on records and clinical interviews
- Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans
- Document all treatment activities accurately in health records
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information
- Provide mental health counseling, crisis intervention, and support services
- Demonstrate thorough knowledge of psychological counseling theories and techniques
- Collaborate with facility staff to meet inmate mental health needs effectively
What You Need:- Valid license or certification in relevant mental health discipline
- Proven experience in mental health assessment and counseling
- Strong understanding of psychological treatment methods and crisis intervention
- Ability to perform at a consistent pace in a correctional environment
- U.S. citizenship (required for facility clearance, processing takes approx. 3 weeks)
