What You’ll Do:
  • Conduct mental health screenings and assessments for inmates based on records and clinical interviews
  • Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans
  • Document all treatment activities accurately in health records
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Provide mental health counseling, crisis intervention, and support services
  • Demonstrate thorough knowledge of psychological counseling theories and techniques
  • Collaborate with facility staff to meet inmate mental health needs effectively

What You Need:
  • Valid license or certification in relevant mental health discipline
  • Proven experience in mental health assessment and counseling
  • Strong understanding of psychological treatment methods and crisis intervention
  • Ability to perform at a consistent pace in a correctional environment
  • U.S. citizenship (required for facility clearance, processing takes approx. 3 weeks)
