Licensed Mental Health Therapist

LCSW-C | LCPC | LCSW

Do meaningful clinical work, with the flexibility to make it your own.

You became a therapist to help people, build meaningful therapeutic relationships, and grow as a clinician, not to feel micromanaged or boxed into a one-size-fits-all approach to care.

At Infinity Mental Health, we believe experienced clinicians do their best work when they are trusted, supported, and given room to practice.

We are looking for a licensed Mental Health Therapist who values independence, flexibility, professional growth, and high-quality patient care. You’ll have the opportunity to bring your own clinical style, strengths, and areas of interest to your work while being part of a team that values collaboration and respects your expertise.

If you enjoy the independence of private practice but also appreciate having an established organization and team behind you, Infinity Mental Health may be the right fit.

Why Clinicians Choose Infinity Mental Health

Flexibility that respects your life.
We understand that clinicians have lives, families, responsibilities, and goals outside of work. We value flexibility and want our clinicians to build a schedule that allows them to provide excellent care without sacrificing balance.

Independence in your clinical work.
We hire professionals because we trust their training and clinical judgment. You will have the opportunity to develop your own therapeutic style and use evidence-based approaches that align with the needs of your patients.

Support without micromanagement.
Independence does not have to mean working alone. Infinity Mental Health values a culture where clinicians can collaborate, ask questions, share resources, and receive support while maintaining autonomy in their day-to-day clinical work.

Room to grow.
Whether you want to strengthen a specialty, expand your clinical skills, take on new opportunities, or simply find a practice where you can see yourself staying long term, we want clinicians to continue developing professionally.

A culture centered on people.
Our work is serious, but we believe a workplace can still be welcoming, collaborative, flexible, and human. We value communication, professionalism, accountability, diversity of thought, and respect for both our patients and our team.

Benefits & Perks

  • Flexible scheduling

  • Competitive compensation

  • Career advancement and professional growth opportunities

  • Clinical independence and autonomy

  • Collaborative team environment

  • Opportunity to develop and strengthen your clinical specialties

  • Established practice infrastructure so you can focus more of your energy on clinical care

  • Monitor treatment progress and adjust interventions as clinically appropriate

  • Maintain timely, accurate, and clinically appropriate documentation

  • Collaborate with other professionals when coordination of care is beneficial

  • Maintain ethical, professional, licensing, and organizational standards
