What You’ll Do

• Conduct mental health screenings and assessments based on record reviews and clinical interviews with inmates
• Develop, implement, and modify individual treatment plans following evaluations
• Document treatment activities and evaluations accurately in health care records
• Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information at all times
• Apply psychological counseling techniques to support inmates’ mental health needs
• Provide crisis intervention and ongoing mental health support as necessary
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality care and compliance with facility protocols

What You Need
Required:

• Valid LCSW, LPC, or LMFT license
• Ability to pass facility security clearance (social security card and driver’s license required)
• Open availability to work during scheduled days

Preferred:

• Previous experience in correctional or institutional mental health settings
• Strong knowledge of psychological assessment and counseling techniques
