Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Therapist to join our team. The successful candidate will provide high-quality therapeutic services to individuals, couples, families, and groups. This role requires a deep commitment to addressing the mental health needs of diverse populations and contributing to the well-being of our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Conduct Assessments: Perform comprehensive psychological assessments to determine client needs and develop appropriate treatment plans.
2.Provide Therapy: Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, families, and groups.
3.Develop Treatment Plans: Collaborate with clients to create tailored treatment plans that address their specific mental health needs.
4.Maintain Documentation: Keep accurate and timely records of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in accordance with professional standards.
5.Coordinate Care: Work closely with other healthcare providers, social workers, and community resources to ensure holistic and integrated care for clients.
6.Crisis Intervention: Provide immediate support and intervention for clients experiencing acute mental health crises.
7.Ethical Practice: Adhere to ethical guidelines and maintain confidentiality in all client interactions.
8.Professional Development: Participate in ongoing professional development, supervision, and training to stay current with best practices in the field.
9.Supervision of Trainees/Interns – For fully licensed clinicians with board-approved supervisor status, provide oversight, mentorship, and evaluation of clinical trainees/interns, supporting their skill development and ensuring adherence to professional and ethical standards.
10.Scheduling and Coordinating: Manage and coordinate therapy schedules, ensuring timely appointments and follow-ups. Collaborate with administrative staff to optimize scheduling and client flow.
11.Client Coordination: Facilitate communication between clients and other team members, ensuring continuity of care and effective treatment planning.
