Job Summary

Responsibilities - Perform intake and annual assessments
- Provide mental health therapy for individuals
- Create individualized treatment plans for each client
- Use evidence-based treatment methods to facilitate treatments
- Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient information and treatment plan
- Adhere to all facility and licensing standards
Qualifications- Masters degree in counseling, social work, or similar field
- Current and unrestricted license
- Previous experience as a mental health therapist preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized
