Two Available Positions
The Role:
In this role, you'll serve as a trusted mental health clinician, helping patients navigate challenges before they become larger barriers to their well-being. You'll provide evidence-based therapy, guide patients toward meaningful personal and professional goals, and connect them with specialized resources when additional support is needed.
You'll never practice in isolation. As part of an integrated care team, you'll collaborate closely with fellow behavioral health clinicians and medical providers to deliver whole-person care in a supportive, team-oriented environment.
What You'll Do:
- Build strong therapeutic relationships through comprehensive intake assessments and thoughtful treatment planning.
- Evaluate and diagnose mental health conditions using clinical interviews, validated screening tools, and available medical history.
- Help patients identify and achieve meaningful personal, social, and career-related goals.
- Provide individual therapy using evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, ACT, and CAMS, tailoring treatment to each patient's unique needs.
- Determine when short-term treatment is appropriate and coordinate seamless referrals when longer-term or specialized services would better support the patient.
- Respond to crisis situations with confidence, compassion, and sound clinical judgment.
- Partner with an interdisciplinary care team through case consultation, care coordination, referral management, and collaborative treatment planning.
What You'll Bring:
- Active New York State licensure as an LCSW, LMHC, LMFT or PsyD/PhD.
- Master's degree or higher and at least 5 years of post-licensure clinical experience.
- A strong background in individual psychotherapy with adults, treating concerns such as depression, anxiety, mood disorders, ADHD, addiction, grief, relationship and family challenges, and work-life balance.
- A real understanding of the pressures of high-stress, high-performance work environments.
- Proven experience in crisis management and in identifying, preventing, and managing suicidal behavior.
- Working knowledge of NYC referral networks and community resources.
- A plus if you have experience supporting high-performing professionals in the corporate or financial sectors.
