About the Role


We are seeking a compassionate, licensed Psychotherapist based in Connecticut to join our outpatient behavioral health practice. In this role, you will provide evidence-based individual and group psychotherapy to a diverse patient population presenting with mood disorders, anxiety, trauma, and life transitions. We value an integrative, patient-centered approach to care, offering a supportive environment where you can focus on clinical excellence and patient well-being.


Key Responsibilities


  • Conduct comprehensive clinical evaluations, intake assessments, and diagnostic formulations.

  • Develop, implement, and periodically review individualized treatment plans tailored to patient goals.

  • Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy (e.g., CBT, DBT, ACT, psychodynamic) to individual patients and/or families.

  • Maintain timely and thorough clinical documentation within the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system in accordance with state guidelines and practice standards.

  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary clinical team to ensure holistic care coordination.

Qualifications & Requirements


  • Active, unencumbered Connecticut clinical license required (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT).

  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Professional Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field.

  • 2+ years of post-licensure clinical experience in an outpatient or mental health setting preferred.

  • Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic modalities.

  • Strong diagnostic, clinical writing, and interpersonal skills.
