    What You’ll Do

As a Mental Health Therapist at Curis, you’ll work directly with clients while collaborating with a broader healthcare team to provide integrated, personalized care.

    Your responsibilities will include:

    • Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.

    • Provide evidence-based individuals, groups, and/or family therapy.

    • Build strong therapeutic relationships and create a safe, supportive environment for clients.

    • Collaborate with physicians, chiropractors, nutritionists, and other clinicians to support coordinated patient care.

    • Monitor client progress and modify treatment plans as clinically appropriate.

    • Educate clients on coping strategies, behavioral health, wellness, and self-care.

    • Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential clinical documentation in accordance with HIPAA and applicable regulations.

    • Participate in case consultations, team meetings, and ongoing professional development.

    • Stay current with developments in behavioral health and evidence-based therapeutic approaches.

    What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a therapist who is clinically strong, genuinely cares about people, and enjoys being part of a collaborative team.

    Required:

    • Master's degree in counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field.

    • Current Texas clinical licenses such as LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent.

    • Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary environment.

    • Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) and clinical documentation.

    A great fit if you:

    • Are curious about functional and integrative approaches to healthcare.

    • Enjoy collaborating with other healthcare professionals.

    • Are growth-minded, and excited to continue developing your clinical skills.

    • Value autonomy while appreciating the support of a strong clinical team.
