What Youll Do:- Conduct mental health screenings and assessments for inmates
- Develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans
- Document treatment and evaluation activities in health records
- Provide crisis intervention and counseling services
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information
- Demonstrate knowledge of psychological counseling techniques
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to support inmate mental health needs
What You Need:- Kansas Licensed Specialist Clinical Social Worker (LSCSW) or Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC)
- Prior inpatient psychiatric experience preferred
- Ability to pass thorough background and credit investigations
- Open availability for scheduling as needed
- US citizenship for ICE clearance (processing time: 4-6 weeks)
