What You’ll Do:

• Conduct mental health screenings and assessments for inmates
• Develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans
• Document treatment and evaluation activities in health records
• Provide crisis intervention and counseling services
• Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information
• Demonstrate knowledge of psychological counseling techniques
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to support inmate mental health needs

What You Need:

• Kansas Licensed Specialist Clinical Social Worker (LSCSW) or Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC)
• Prior inpatient psychiatric experience preferred
• Ability to pass thorough background and credit investigations
• Open availability for scheduling as needed
• US citizenship for ICE clearance (processing time: 4-6 weeks)
